Black Hills Moto will refund 100% of the purchase price if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, including original shipping costs.
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags attached.

Q: How much will I end up paying for shipping?
A: Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on UPS shipping fees. The shipping price should be indicated at checkout. We ship either UPS Ground or Priority mail depending on the merchandise. Also, available UPS 3 day, 2nd day and next day shipments (may incur additional shipping fee).
Q: What happens after I place an order?
A: After the order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. The information entered will be verified and then the merchandise will be shipped. We will call or email if we have any issues with your order
Q: What do I do if I don't receive an order confirmation via email?
A: Please allow 1 business day for your email confirmation to arrive. Call 605-569-2705 and a representative will be able to give you a quick update.
