Black Hills Moto Shipping and Return Policy

We understand that you place your trust in us when you choose to place an order with our company, and we do not take that trust lightly.

Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipping is sent via United States Postal Service First Class mail.  USPS Priority delivery is available at an additional cost during the checkout process. If an order is purchased and payment is processed prior to 3:00 pm MST, the order will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will ship the next day. Unless there are delays due to inclement weather or holidays, you should receive your order within one week. If you haven’t received your order in that time, contact us and we will take steps to make sure that you get your product.  We also may ship via UPS ground service is more economical to do so.

Overseas Shipments 

All overseas shipping is sent via United States Postal Service First Class International or Priority International mail.  As some countries will hold up customs packages longer than others, you should receive your shipment within three weeks. If you have not received the order in that time, please contact us and we will do what it takes in order to get you your product. 

Returns

If you are not happy with the product, returns and exchanges are accepted for new and unused items. The items must be returned in new, usable condition with all pieces and packaging intact. 

If you are not happy with the product, please send an email to briana@bhmoto.com and provide us with the following information:

  1. Reason for the return
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Order number

Please note that we cannot provide a return for orders older than sixty (60) days. Once we receive your information, we will respond shortly with approval to return shipment.  For exchanges we will prepay shipping and email you a return label.  Please place a copy of the return email in to package that you send back to us, and return the item to the following address:

Usage Rights

While purchasing this product gives you the rights to use this product in any way that you intend to, duplication of the product is not allowed. Black Hills Moto owns the rights to all designs and production rights to any of the designs described on the site. Duplication of these designs for personal or business use is not allowed. If you need a large quantity of our product, please contact us and we may be able to provide a discount.
